MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Quick Pork Chilli Categories: Pork, Vegetables, Beans, Chilies Yield: 12 servings 1 lb Pork sausage 1 lg Onion; chopped 32 oz Brooks chilli hot beans - (2 cans); undrained 28 oz Can crushed tomatoes 3 c Water 4 oz Can chopped green chilies 1 1/2 oz Env chiili seasoning mix 2 tb Sugar In a Dutch oven, cook sausage and onion over medium heat 6-8 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, breaking into crumbles; drain. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 20 minutes, stirring often.
