MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Jen's Way Quick Chili Categories: Chili, Groundmeat, Beef, Chilies, Easy Yield: 6 Servings 1 3/4 lb Ground meat (Originally only 3/4 lb) 1 md Onion; finely chopped 4 Cloves garlic; minced Ground chile peppers 3 tb Ground cumin 1 ts Oregano 15 oz can diced tomatoes and 10 oz can Ro-tel tomatoes; both Undrained 1 cn Beer Salt Brown the meat, drain off most of the fat, add onions and garlic. Saute til translucent. Add the ground chilies (I have pure ground chilies, not chili powder, but use what you've got. Saute for a few more minutes. Add the tomatoes (plain and Ro-Tel) and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. After 15 minutes add the beer, and continue to simmer another 15 minutes or so, til you get the desired consistency. Recipe By: Jen, of course MMMMM
