MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pumpkin Chilli Categories: Beef, Beans, Squash, Chilies Yield: 11 servings 3 lb Ground beef 1 md Onion; chopped 32 oz Brooks hot chili beans - (2 cans); undrained 24 oz Chili sauce (2 bottles) 21 1/2 oz Tomato soup (2 cans); - undiluted 1 c Canned pumpkin 2 ts Pumpkin pie spice 1 ts Salt 1 ts Sugar 1 ts Pepper 1 ts Chilli spice mix MMMMM--------------------------TOPPINGS------------------------------- Corn chips White Cheddar; shredded In a large Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients except toppings. Add water if desired to reduce thickness. Bring chilli to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 1 hour. If desired, top with corn chips and cheese.
