In Dutch oven, heat frozen mix, water, lentils, parsley and bay leaf to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes. Remove bay leaf. -----
