MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Easy Cheese Biscuits Categories: Biscuits Yield: 18 Biscuits 1/4 c Butter; softened 2 c Self-rising flour 1 c Buttermilk 1 1/2 c Cheddar cheese; grated Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease a large baking sheet and set aside. Use a pastry blender to cut butter into flour until it resembles corn meal; add remaining ingredients and stir only enough to moisten ingredients and mix in cheese. Do not overmix!
