MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Parmesan Sweet Cream Biscuits Categories: Five, Breads, Dairy, Cheese Yield: 12 Biscuits 2 c A-P flour 1/3 c Parmesan cheese; grated 2 ts Baking powder 1/2 ts Salt 1 1/2 c Heavy whipping cream Set oven @ 400°F/205°C. Whisk together the first 4 ingredients. Add cream; stir just until moistened. Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface; knead gently 6-8 times. Roll or pat dough to 1/2" thickness; cut with a floured 2-3/4" biscuit cutter. Place 1" apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake until light golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Serve warm.
