MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.05 Title: Papaya & Orange Filled Ring * Categories: Breadmaker, Fruits Yield: 1 12" ring MMMMM----------------------PATTI - VDRJ67A--------------------------- MMMMM----------------------1-1/2 LB RECIPE--------------------------- 3/4 c Milk 1/4 c Water 1 lg Egg 2 tb Butter or margarine; cut up 3/4 ts Salt 3-1/3 c Bread flour 2 tb Sugar 2 ts Bread machine yeast 8 oz Cream cheese; softened 1/3 c Dried papaya -OR- - dried pineapple; finely - chopped 3 tb Orange marmalade MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE-------------------------------- 1/2 c Powdered sugar 1/4 ts Pure vanilla 3 ts Milk Add milk, water, egg, butter, salt, bread flour, sugar and yeast to machine according to manufacturers directions. Select dough/manual cycle. When cycle is done, remove dough to a lightly floured surface. If needed, knead in enough flour to make dough easy to handle. Roll into 12x9" rectangle. Mix cream cheese, papaya and marmalade; spread over dough. Beginning at long end roll up tightly, jelly-roll fashion. Pinch seam to seal. Form into ring; pinch ends together. Place, seam side down, on greased baking sheet. With sharp knife, cut slits, starting from outer edge, 3/4 of the way through dough at 1" intervals. Turn each section on its side to show filling. Cover; let rise until almost doubled in size, about 30-35 minutes. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes or until done, covering with foil after 15-20 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Drizzle with glaze. GLAZE: Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and enough milk to make glaze of drizzling consistency. MMMMM
