      Title: Bisquick Cherry Fruit Chews

      Yield: 48 servings
 
    1/4 c  Butter
      1 c  Sugar
      2    Eggs
  1 1/4 c  Bisquick baking mix
      1 c  Walnuts; chopped
      1 c  Dates; cut up
      1    Jars (4 oz) maraschino cherr
           (abt 1/3 cup)
           Drained/chopped

       Mix butter, sugar, and eggs; stir in baking mix. Gently fold in
  nuts, dates and cherries.  Spread dough in greased oblong pan 13x9x2
  inches. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cool slightly and cut into 1 1/2
  inch squares. Makes 4 dozen. The book says they are moist and rich
  bars.
