Yonique® Peach yogurts 12 ounces Cacique® Brand Panela Cheese 6 large peaches -- ripe 1 box Prepared Puff Pastry 1/4 cup powdered sugar -- for dusting Summer Peach Tarts w/ Yonique® Peach Yogurt Sauce & Panela Cheese Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Defrost the puff pastry per box instructions. Halve the peaches and remove the pit. Once pastry is defrosted, cut out a circle 1/4" larger than the peach. Place one slice of Panela (1/4" thick) on puff pastry circle and the peach half on top. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar and bake on sheet pan for 12-15 minutes, until the puff pastry is cooked. Let cool and serve with peach yogurt as sauce. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
