* Exported from MasterCook * Blueberry Crisp Recipe By : Mr. Food Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :10:00 Categories : Cake Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 4 c Blueberries -- thawed if necessary 1 tb Lemon juice 1 c Sugar 2 1/2 tb Corn starch 1/2 ts Ground cinnamon 1/2 ts Ground nutmeg 1/2 ts Lemon peel -- fresh grated Topping: 1/2 box Plain yellow cake mix 8 tb Butter -- melted 1/2 c Pecans Preheat oven to 350°F. Put the blueberries in a medium sized bowl, add the lemon juice, and toss gently. Mix together the sugar, corn starch, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon peel. Add the blueberries and mix gently. Turn into a greased 9" square baking pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the top; drizzle with the melted butter and sprinkle with the pecans. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until golden brown.
