MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Greek Potatoes With Feta Cheese Categories: Potatoes, Cheese, Citrus, Herbs Yield: 8 servings 2/3 c Water 1/2 c Olive oil 3 tb Lemon juice 4 cl Garlic; minced 2 ts Dried oregano 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Pepper 3 lb Yukon Gold potatoes; ea in 8 - wedges 3/4 c Feta cheese; crumbled Set oven @ 450°F/232°C. In a small bowl, whisk the first 7 ingredients. Arrange potatoes evenly in a shallow roasting pan. Pour water mixture over top. Roast until potatoes are golden brown and tender, 40-50 minutes.
