                               Baked Celery

   3      cups          celery, cut in 1/2" pcs.
   1      teaspoon      tarragon
     1/2  cup           heavy cream
     1/2  cup           white wine
   2      tablespoons   butter or margarine

Melt butter or margarine and combine with all ingredients in buttered
casserole dish.  Cover and bake for 325° oven for 45 min.
