MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Brussels Sprouts With Sriracha Aioli Categories: Vegetables, Chilies, Citrus Yield: 8 servings 16 Fresh Brussels sprouts; - trimmed, halved 2 tb Olive oil 4 ts Sriracha chile sauce; - divided 1/2 ts Salt; divided 1/2 ts Pepper;l divided 1/2 c Mayonnaise 2 ts Lime juice 1 tb Lemon juice Set oven @ 425°F/218°C. Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and 1 ts chile sauce; sprinkle with 1/4 ts salt and 1/4 ts pepper. Toss to coat. Roast until crispy, 20-25 minutes. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise and lime juice and the remaining 3 ts chile sauce, 1/4 ts salt and 1/4 ts pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over Brussels sprouts before serving with the aioli.
