MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Roasted Garlic Categories: Vegetables Yield: 2 Heads 2 Garlic heads 2 ts Olive oil Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel away the outer layer of the garlic bulb, leaving the individual cloves intact. With a knife, cut off about 1/4 of the garlic bulb so that the top of the garlic cloves are exposed. Place the garlic bulbs, exposed side up, on a baking sheet. (I did mine in a muffin tin to keep them in one spot). Drizzle about 1 ts olive oil over the top of garlic bulb, rubbing the bulb to make sure it is completely covered with the oil. Make a little tin foil tent over each garlic bulb. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cloves feel soft when pressed in. Allow the garlic to cool. To remove you should be able to just use a fork to pull each clove out of the skin. (Otherwise use a small knife to cut around the skin and then squeeze or pull the clove out with your fingers). Store in an air tight container. Recipe by Krista Rollins Recipe FROM: MMMMM
