MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Meat Shell Potato Pie Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Potatoes, Cheese, Pork0 Yield: 6 servings 1 lb 90% lean ground beef 10 3/4 oz Cream of mushroom soup; - undiluted, divided 1/4 c Chopped onion 1 lg Egg 1/4 c Dry bread crumbs 2 tb Chopped fresh parsley 1/4 ts Salt pn Pepper 2 c Mashed potatoes 4 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled 1/2 c Shredded cheddar cheese Set the oven @ 350°F/175°C. In a large bowl, combine beef, 1/2 cup soup, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper; mix lightly but thoroughly. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9" pie plate. Bake for 25 minutes; drain. In a bowl, combine potatoes and remaining soup in a bowl; mix until fluffy. Spread over meat crust. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese. Return to the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for a few minutes. Cut into wedges.
