MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Pork Chops With Stuffing Categories: Pork, Breads, Vegetables, Soups Yield: 4 servings 2 tb Canola oil 4 Pork loin chops (6 oz ea); - 1" thick, boneless 3 c Day-old French bread; - in 1/2" cubes 1/4 c Butter; melted 1/4 c Chicken broth 2 tb Celery; chopped 2 tb Onion; chopped 1/4 ts Poultry seasoning 10 3/4 oz Can cream of mushroom soup; - undiluted 1/3 c Water Set oven @ 350°F/175°C. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and brown pork chops on both sides. Place in an ungreased 13x9" baking pan. In a large bowl, toss bread cubes, butter, broth, celery, onion, and poultry seasoning. Spoon about 1/2 cup stuffing on each pork chop. Combine soup and water; pour over chops. Cover and bake for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
