MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Barbecue Pork Leg Categories: Pork, Chilies, Bbq, Potatoes, British Yield: 4 Servings 4 Pork legs 450 g Mixed vegetables (1 lb) 450 g New potatoes (1 lb) 3 tb HP sauce BARBECUE SAUCE: 290 ml Water (10 fl oz) 290 ml Tomato ketchup (10 fl oz) 3 tb Worcestershire sauce 3 tb Soya sauce 3 tb Lime juice 225 g Sugar (8 oz) 1/2 tb Tabasco 1/8 l Oil 2 cl Garlic; finely chopped Salt and pepper Mix all the ingredients for the barbecue sauce. Bring to the boil and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Take off the heat and leave to cool. Ready to use when cold. Boil the legs until tender, then, marinate with the barbecue sauce for about 24 hours. To be baked in the oven for about 20 minutes at 200°C/400°F/gas mark 6. To be served in a frying pan with the mixed sauteed vegetables and boiled new potatoes. (Surely, they mean 4 slices of pork from the ham section and not 4 whole pork legs! - JW) MMMMM
