* Exported from MasterCook * Chicken Tortilla Bake Recipe By : Taste Of Home - April/May 1997 Serving Size : 6 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Not Sent Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 c shredded cooked chicken 2 4 oz cans chopped green chiles 1 c chicken broth 1 10 3/4 oz ca condensed cream of mushroom soup -- undiluted 1 10 3/4oz can condensed cream of chicken soup -- undiluted 1 sm onion -- finely chopped 12 corn tortillas 2 c cheddar cheese -- shredded In a bowl, combine the chicken, chilies, broth, soups and onion; set aside. Warm tortillas in the microwave according to package driections. Layer half of the tortillas on the bottom of a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan, cutting to fit pan if desired. Top with half the chicken mixture and half of the cheese. Repeat layers. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
