Dredge in seasoned flour. In medium skillet, saute veal in butter and olive oil combination. Remove veal and place in casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons butter to skillet. Saute mushrooms, onions, and garlic for 3 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and blend. Cover and bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
