MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Five-Spice Chicken Wings Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Chilies, Citrus Yield: 36 servings 3 1/2 lb Chicken wings 3 Green onions; chopped 2 tb Sweet chili sauce 2 tb Soy sauce 2 tb Fish sauce or additional soy - sauce 4 cl Garlic; minced 1 tb Sugar 1 tb Chinese five-spice powder 2 md Limes; in wedges Set the oven @ 425°F/218°C. Cut chicken wings into 3 sections; reserve wing tip sections for stock making. Combine the onions, chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, garlic, sugar and five-spice powder in a large container. Add wings and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Drain chicken, discarding marinade. Place wings in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until no longer pink, turning every 10 minutes. Squeeze lime wedges over wings.
