MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Sticky Maple-Pepper Glazed Chicken Wings Categories: Poultry, Sauces Yield: 10 servings 4 lb Chicken wings 1/4 c A-P flour 1/2 tb Baking powder 1 ts Coarse ground pepper 1 ts Kosher salt 1/2 ts Garlic powder MMMMM---------------------------GLAZE-------------------------------- 2/3 c Maple syrup 2 ts Coarse ground pepper 2 ts Soy sauce 1 cl Garlic; minced Green onions; chopped (optional) Set oven @ 425°F/218°C425°F/218°C. Line two 15x10x1" baking pans with foil and coat with cooking spray; set aside. Using a sharp knife, cut through the 2 wing joints; reserve wing tips for making stock. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, baking powder, pepper, salt, and garlic powder. Add wing pieces, a few at a time, and toss to coat; shake off excess. Place on prepared baking sheets. Bake until no longer pink, 40-50 minutes, turning once. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine glaze ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until thickened, 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Drizzle over wings; toss to coat. If desired, top with chopped green onions.
