Mix flours, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in buttermilk and oil. Shape dough into 6 balls. Roll each ball into 9-inch square on lightly floured cloth-covered board. Cut into 2-1/4-inch squares; brush with butter. Place squares on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with coarse salt or sesame or poppy seed if desired. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp and golden.
