MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06 Title: Grandmother's Corn Pudding Categories: Vegetables, Breads, Dairy Yield: 9 servings 4 lg Eggs 1 c Whole milk 15 oz Cream-style corn 1/2 c Sugar 5 sl Day-old bread; crusts off 1 tb Butter; softened In a bowl, beat eggs and milk. Add corn and sugar; mix well. Cut bread into 1/2" cubes and place in a greased 9" square baking dish. Pour egg mixture over bread. Dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, @ 350°F/175°C until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes.
