Add the vermou th and reduce the liquid by half Set aside. In a saucepan heat the remaining oi l till almost smoking. Toss in the tomatoes; garlic and shallots and braise und er high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms, reduced liquid and remaining i ngredients.
