- It is not your obligation to archive things that you never use or don't like in the vague hopes that someone, someday, in some hypothetical apocalyptic scenario, will find them useful.

- This goes for both digital artifacts and physical objects.

- That said, the smaller the file is, the less digital cost it is to you to keep it around just in case.

- You do not have to feel bad for focusing your archival efforts on things that you know will be of purpose to YOU.
