  To  find the  numerical value  of the  expression, simply
  replace  the   variables  in  the  expression   with  the
  appropriate number

Take  this  thing  "2x  -  3xy  +  4y"  as  our  alegebraic
expression for the steps :D


1. Evaluate  "2x -  3xy +  4y" when  x =  3 and  y = -5 and
   substitute them with the said conditions

             (2(3)) - 3(3(-5)) + 4(-5))

   I hope  you know how  algebraic structures work  or else
   you wont understand this shit

2. Use the correct order of operations (ref. PEMDAS)

             (2(3)) - 3(3(-5)) + 4(-5))

   = 6 + 45 -20
   = 51 - 20
