An unordered bullet point list appears! - tilderadio.org kicked off last night. ~tomasino did a nice long rambling show that was good fun. Drop into tile.chat#tilderadio to chat with DJs and fans. I wonder what kind of a show I would do if I signed up for a slot. now that tilderadio is online, there are three "tilde radios" that I know of: 1. tilde - https://tilderadio.org 2. sdf - https://anonradio.net 3. ajroach - http://ofmanytrades.com:8000/radio - related to above: tomasino played some spooky tunes from the soundtrack to the Last Door. the music was great. and the game looks just sensational, a real intersect of things that I really like: - gorgeous pixel art - gothic horror a la lovecraft and poe - point and click SCUMM style adventures at this point I can't really justify *not* buying it. especially not at $10. - twtxt might have been a little flash in the pan. we made a registry at twtxt.tildeverse.org but it seems like it may have reset or something now. or that it may not have any kind of persistance. in any case, it doesn't have any tilde users listed. not at the time of this writing. I still have my own list of users hosted at http://tilde.town/~dozens. so there's that. I hope it picks up and catches on. it seems a very "tilde" kind of thing. - made a post on bbj about the tilde.town zine. hope to get some submissions. I think the first 2 issues are just so very cool and are great examples of how creative and wacky and original and cool this community is. - need to work on/think about my newsletter. how frequently do I want to send it out? I don't want it to be too much of an obligation or a burden. Once a month feels too infrequent. Too much pressure to cram a bunch of content into it at that kind of a pace. Maybe once a week or every two weeks. We'll see. I guess I just have to try a few things out and see how it feels.
