I'm consdering a change in my work. But really first, I got to be better at managing my life better. My life schedule is a mess recently. It's unbelievable, yesterday in the day I was contemplating work change, and in the night I stayed up binge watching a TV show up till 5am! I got a lot of stress from work, life, and kids, and I DON'T have the time to vent! But if I really want to get anything done, especially a change, I MUST MUST have a regular life routine. Practically, I might have 1.5 hour at max before bed in non-ideal condition as personal time. And that's it, I got to use that time more wisely. Even if I end up using that time for relaxation, I CANNOT sacrifice sleep time to indulge my frustation and stress! Think about what you REALLY want to do. Have control.
