As of now, you can start new threads, view threads and post new messages 
to them. Some sane limits have been put in place. The titles are cropped at
40 characters, and each message/reply can be at most 480 characters long.
You can add a new thread/reply once every minute - this is bound to your
IP address.

Each input/message/reply is treated as a single paragraph.

##anatomy of a thread title:

THREAD_TITLE [NUMBER OF MESSAGES IN THREAD]

Selecting the option to 'start a new thread' prompts you for a title of said
thread and takes you to the next page, where you will be able to write the
body of the first post. 

Every time you compose a new thread or reply, you will get the option to check
what you wrote, before posting it.


##known bugs:

- in some browsers the option to post/reply can be labeled as 'FIND'. This is 
  normal and will work normally as 'SUBMIT'.

- Posting a thread title with '?' in the title craps out.
