Ok,  the break  is  over. I've  set to  work  right where  I
started, in spite of the fact that some of what I was trying
to memorize  may have been  lost. More on plans  to mitigate
that in a moment; first, here are the words that I worked on
this evening:

I have to confess, I spaced  "lete" above and had to look it
up. It's late, and I got up early. Still, it's a re-start.

As for making  sure that my learning sticks with  me, I want
to spend a  little time coming up with a  good digital flash
card solution,  a la  "ham radio quiz."  I know  that people
pass their  licensing tests  with just the quizzes;  I don't
really like that method, but I  do see the value in the quiz
after  having  learned the  material.  I  imagine there  are
plenty of  platforms out there  for what  I want to  do, but
what's the fun in that? I'll  come up with some backward way
to do it that works for me...

What I'd really like is a  flash card setup that learns what
you're having trouble with  and re-introduces the content. I
want it to reveal the correct  answer when you get it wrong,
and continuously re-introduce the material. Apart from that,
I'm not sure what I want. I'll work it out.
