I am a bit puzzled. Whenyou have a working conection from you new ISP, and obviously you do, I would think that you already know if you have an IPv6 range from them.

The question remains if it is static or dynamic. Static is nice, but dynamic need not be a problem. I have dynamic adresses, both IPv4 and IPv6. But changes are rare. Rare enough to not be a problem and I have not bothered with dyndns et al. I just manually make the changes on those rare occasions.
