I've told Donald several times in an email that "there is more to > life than L.O.R.D. and its IGMs. I have the BBS and my ham radio to keep > me busy in the aftermath of my wifes death 10 weeks ago, but I don't > spend every waking moment with them. sorry to hear about your wife, by the way. anyways, tidmore is the chicken little of the lord scene, and he's trying to get other people behind him. the rest of us... the real sysops, dont let a little bump in the road slow us down or stop us. Doorgames are by their very nature crappy programs.. a lot of times young programmers cut their teeth on them; nothing should be expected. Some crash with various bugs, some are missing crucial files, and there are some that do all kinds of strange and suprising things. I, at one point had around 200 doorgames installed, and boy was that VERY not fun. I'll never do that again. :D Anyways, as i was saying, we get by. program Vx Doesn't work for you, but program Vy does... we use Vy. Now, i politely ask Donald Tidmore to keep his 'nothing's happened since last summer, people are disappearing!, nobody will answer my emails' banter to himself... --- SBBSecho 2.11-Win32 * Origin: Data Stream - telnet://dsbbs.net - www.dsbbs.net (1:124/7013) .
