You are not right ...  Presidents move their assets into a blind trust.  Looking this up the other day... because of here... I found out that Jimmy Carter lost money during his presidency... I thought Trump was the only one.

Jimmy put over $2,000,000.00 into the trust and received only $1,000,000.00 back.  The trustee lost over $1,000,000.00 on him.  Apparently the trustee was as bad a Carter was for president.

Don Jr. took over the daily operation of the Trump business.  Any business that could be attributed to Trump being in office, the profits, were given to the IRS.

Moreover, Trump donated his Presidential earning to some kind of charity... He never took a paycheck.
