One's worst year Thursday, November 15, 2022 So I'm still here, against all odds. Patiently waiting for this damned 2022 to end already. This year started with the death of my younger brother in January, went on with my former busyness partner stealing tax money I have now to pay on my own, and ended with the fallig apart of my 20 year marriage. What else? Well I had som medical issues too which made me undergo some surgery. I was thinking the other day... what does actually constitute "one's worst year"? I came to the conclussion it's just the pain you go through. If I look now at my life, I'm much better of looking forward. My brother was an alcoholic for many years, causing all kinds of family havoc. Also getting rid of an stealing partner can only be good. Not to talk about a wife who's been cheating for five years, only because of my blind trust in her. Also, I'm now an inguinal hernia down :-) All in all, your worst year can easily lead you to your best one ever. But the blows taken... those really hurt!
