Gopher / Gemini Updates

Last couple of weeks have been fairly busy, working on the updates to the
Kaun Gopher and Gemini sites, including:

* update of gophernicus to latest version
* installation of molly-brown and co-location with gopher server
* automation of backup scripts, cron jobs
* simplification of structure
* clean-up the server itself and remove the dross.

I have also modified the molly-brown code to simplify display. May add some
gophernicus-style switches to align the admin experience.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have spent way too much time thinking about
calendar files (as part of my 'tih' service, but in other general ways).
Perhaps this is a metaphor for an artificial way to contextualize the Covid
experience?

The net result, however, has been an overall update and tweak of my small
internet tools.
