TinyWM Broke 02/16/24

I have  my own little  version of TinyVM, which  I don't use  all that
often.  When I  fired it  up yesterday,  it wasn't  working. For  some
reason, it's not able to capture the  Mod1 state (I think), and so the
very  few available  actions  don't work  at all.  Focus-follows-mouse
works, and that's about it.

I'll poke around  at it some more  and update this post if  I find any
tips. If you know  anything about it, I'd love to hear  from you at my
tfurrows@sdf.org address!

Update1:  Tried the  stock version,  and it  is just  as broken  as my
custom version. Attempted stopping ibus, no difference. Interestingly,
openbsd-cwm has the same Alt / Mod1 binding for moving windows, and it
works fine.
