------------------------------------------------------------ Toki Pona Phlog, (circumlunar), 10/05/2018 ------------------------------------------------------------ I have roundly neglected my Toki Pona phlog[1]. The is my meta-phlog about my other phlog, which I could write over there, but which I write here because this phlog is my phlog for language abstractly, whereas that phlog is only for Toki Pona. It makes no sense, but it wasn't meant to. There is no excuse for my negligence. I have my Toki Pona learning materials here by my desk. I see them before I go to bed, and I think "yeah, I could do that." Then I play the game "Lines" on my old plam pilot instead (I'm working on my high score. The AI is, I think, brutal by today's more nuturing video game standards.) It has been almost a month since I did my last "lesson." Even though Toki Pona is simple, it's difficult to learn things unless you have the energy for that learning process. Right now, I'm using up all of my energy in other things; even if they're stupid things, like Lines. It's not an excuse, it's just an observation. [1] gopher://vernunftzentrum.de:70/1/tfurrows
