Moving from Grex (zaibatsu), 04/16/2019

Grex.org is an interesting place, with an interesting 
history. I'm not giving up on Grex, but with the limited 
availability of gopher content over time, I don't feel good 
posting new content there. Perhaps someday... perhaps not.

For the time being, I'm going to move my grex phlog here in 
the umbra folder. I'll be using my simpler structure for 
file names and folders, as I do in my circumlunar phlog, the 
folders will be explained in 0_folders.txt when I get to 
that.
