Cooking Experience: thrig.me's Pizza Crust ========================================== I followed thrig.me's pizza crust recipe yesterday[1]. It takes about 6-7 hours, so I started at 11:30 a.m. The crust turned out really light, thin and crispy, very much like the pizzas at Shakey's when I was young. I haven't had anything like it for a long time. Based on their "ascetics" comment, it sounds like thrig.me goes light on the toppings. My wife and I went heavy on the fixings (as is our tendency), with loads of green peppers, mushrooms, pineapple[2], and cheese. The result was amazing. Highly recommended! ------------ [1] gemini://thrig.me/food/pizza-crust.gmi [2] We know and we don't care!
