Zen Gloves ========== I went to the bakery today to buy a loaf of bread for the Sabbath. At the entrance, I wear disposable gloves made of thin nylon. You better separate the two sides of the glove interior before inserting the palm into it. Do the same with the glove's fingers because otherwise you might find inserting your fingers into it difficult. I decided to call those gloves zen gloves after I finished Zen Computer by Philip Toshio Sudo today. I like that last name, Sudo, because it reminds me of the famous linux command. The book teaches a spiritual approach to using a computer. I guess you know that type of people who get mad at the computer when something goes wrong. I remember that guy I once worked with and who would swear at an application when he got an unexpected result thouh he could have overcome the "problem" easily and learned to avoid it. Well, he should have just thanked the machine and the application that helps him do his work. And while reading the chapter about crashes a power failure happened.
