Title: zlg.space gets a bug tracker!

I am pleased to announce that zlg.space now has a bug tracker[1] powered by
MantisBT[2]. Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to host e-mail due to my 
ISP blocking SMTP, and thus can't allow regular sign up and notification 
features. (for now)

This makes the tracker more or less closed off to everyone except those who care 
enough to contact me for an account. It's not perfect but it's something.
