PS: I do have some of those tong things but I don't use them ! I
use scissors :)
Got delayed on here as Matt was on the phone telling us about
his hunting and fishing down South ! He is loving it and working
for his mate also. Phew :)
I did read on the news about a Truck and a car crash down where
he is ... so I am glad he did ring us tonight. He is off to see
Shiree in Queenstown maybe next week as she needs some wood
cutting !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There really is nothing like English fish and chips, they are
best. Sometimes we get fish and chips from the chippy up the
road, you and Ange had some on the night of your arrival here,
do you remember them? They're not too bad.

YES I do remember getting fish and chips from your local chippie
and they were good and quite ' authentic ' :) Better than most
chippies in Aus. and here too ! :)
I do also buy that stock IF I know I AM going to make soup ....
and can plan ahead BUT if I Just decide to make SOUP I do not go
to the local shop ... I just use ... packet soup mix :)))))))
I have to say again that I think you can SEE me as I went to
Hawera shopping today and I did get a mix of soup vegies AND a
carton of Campbells Beef stock :) I do sometimes use the stock
for Gravy also I but I thicken it a wee bit so it seems home
made !
I am pleased to hear Matt is enjoying his new environment ....
so far :)

They aren't too bad, we don't have them often though, just every
now and again.
Oh so you do normally use the Campbell's stocks, they are good
stocks I think, but I but the less salted ones as sometimes I
find it too salty. I only buy the chicken stock though.

AND BELIEVE IT or NOT ... about 6pm ... Jack came down again
looking for a Chicken Stock cube for Daddy !!!!!!! I DID Not
have any chicken stock cubes so I sent up a packet of Maggi
Chicken Gravy Mix.

According to Jack, Daddy said, " typical Grammy, no proper
stock cubes " !!! I WILL remember to buy some tomorrow :)
I do remember how you do not like beef :)

Humpffff...........he didn't have either!!!!!!!! Stock cubes are
always handy to have in the cupboard.
