Sometimes we get fish and chips from the chippy up the road, you and Ange had some on the night of your arrival here, do you remember them? They're not too bad. I buy Chicken Stock, this one actually (HTM) https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/77750 I never buy those cuppa soups. It's so good to hear that Matt is enjoying his new like of freedom, long may it last [emoji7] #Post#: 46402-------------------------------------------------- Re: Tomorrow By: Moira Date: June 29, 2024, 4:35 am --------------------------------------------------------- YES I do remember getting fish and chips from your local chippie and they were good and quite ' authentic ' :) Better than most chippies in Aus. and here too ! :) I do also buy that stock IF I know I AM going to make soup .... and can plan ahead BUT if I Just decide to make SOUP I do not go to the local shop ... I just use ... packet soup mix :))))))) I have to say again that I think you can SEE me as I went to Hawera shopping today and I did get a mix of soup vegies AND a carton of Campbells Beef stock :) I do sometimes use the stock for Gravy also I but I thicken it a wee bit so it seems home made ! I am pleased to hear Matt is enjoying his new environment .... so far :) #Post#: 46408-------------------------------------------------- Re: Tomorrow By: DarienJ Date: June 29, 2024, 5:01 pm --------------------------------------------------------- They aren't too bad, we don't have them often though, just every now and again. Oh so you do normally use the Campbell's stocks, they are good stocks I think, but I but the less salted ones as sometimes I find it too salty. I only buy the chicken stock though. #Post#: 46414-------------------------------------------------- Re: Tomorrow By: Moira Date: June 30, 2024, 5:01 am --------------------------------------------------------- AND BELIEVE IT or NOT ... about 6pm ...
