The one is Lee's stock exhaust port. My old woods ported one and race ported one. Just some comparison pics from way back. #Post#: 88093-------------------------------------------------- Re: Sachs Dolmar 166 By: Bitburger Date: June 17, 2021, 4:33 pm --------------------------------------------------------- nice ! Can anyone sell or recommend me a piston pin ? I just had one machined by a workshop specialized in repairs of old engines. Made good experiences with those guys in the past. This time, however, they charged me quite a bit and I do not like the results. Poor appearance and heavier than the original. They also messed up the original (yet a bit corroded) part I sent them as a sample. well, this was stupid.... #Post#: 88094-------------------------------------------------- Re: Sachs Dolmar 166 By: Chainsawrepair Date: June 18, 2021, 6:04 am --------------------------------------------------------- Maybe these will work. 166 piston kit. (HTM) https://www.ebay.com/itm/Sachs-Dolmar-166-piston-NEW-chainsaw-/371701882056?_ul=IL I know my backups were 166 wiseco pistons with wrist pins. #Post#: 88099-------------------------------------------------- Re: Sachs Dolmar 166 By: Bitburger Date: June 18, 2021, 1:07 pm --------------------------------------------------------- If u're ver gonna sell one of these wiseco, pls gimme a note ! No kidding, I also got one of the fameous sprocket covers for 090G that were sandacsted in Australia, I know what it means to be patient ;-) actually, I do have one of those piston kits here. However, I will try to avoid parts of unkown quality. If I cannot find sth. else, I will use the pin I just got from the machine shop. At least it is made of steel 16MnCr5, just wish it would not be heavier than the Original. Best Chris ***************************************************** (DIR) Previous Page (DIR) Next Page
