Setup a Yubikey for use with SSH, keep your ssh key in your pocket! Private keys can never been pulled off or viewed. Only public keys. I keep one on a necklace that i wear with me. The key has a PIN on it as well so if it falls into the wrong hands it wont work. Its GPG encrypted and works with any openSSH version. Increase security by keeping private keys off file systems, and impress friends in coworkers with your awesome nerd key!
